New Members

~ Thank you for choosing Global Forums. So that we can get to know you, we would appreciate if you would visit our “New Members Center” to introduce yourself. You can get there by Clicking Here!

Forum Etiquette

~ Respect other members of the board
~ Respect Administrators, Moderators & other staff members
~ Try not to post all in CAPS or mIx CaSe, it is annoying and hard to read!
~ Try not to double post, edit your original post if possible.


Against Global Forums TOS

~ Using “bad language” is not tolerated in Global Forums. Do NOT Swear.
~ Pornography or Offensive Pictures in Main Forum area
~ Illegal Material (Warez, Copyrighted information etc) {this is against Forumers TOS}
~ Anything Drug Related
~ Spam, Useless posts, Commercial Advertisements (see rules below regarding advertising)
~ Harassing other users via Flaming etc
~ Discrimination about race/ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, disability & religion
~ Malicious use of any code


Global Forums Punishments

~ Offensive Posts will be edited. If we have to edit more than one post, you will receive a 10% warning. Repeat offenders will be suspended from the boards.
~ We can and will edit your avatar/signature if we feel that it is inappropriate. If we have to change this more than once, users will receive a warning. Repeat offenders will be suspended from the boards
Global Forums is NOT a strict forum, however we respect the thoughts and feelings of our members, and will act upon posts/topics/avatars/signatures that we feel could offend. Repeat offenders who have been warned throughout the boards face suspension and/or permanent ban.


Advertising Rules

Global Forums is happy to let it’s members advertise their forums or websites etc… However you have to earn the right to do this. In the past we have had members coming to the boards to advertise, and then left again. We now require members to make 30 posts in the forum, and they will then receive automatic permission to enter our “show-off” forum.

If the management feel that you have disobeyed any rules in the boards, we reserve the right to ban you from that area of the boards without prior notice
